E-brake continued, Drill out pass-through holes #349

I now have the e-brake cable sheaths mounted to the VW bug’s bottom plate. The next step is to locate and drill out the holes that will allow the e-brake cables to pass through the bottom plate. I will work on the nylon guides once I turn the frame upright again.

Finish up the MR2 front sway bar mounts #345

Now that the frame has been flipped up-side-down again, I will try and get both the front sway bar mounts and the e-brake locations figured out. The sway bar mounts will be bolted to the frame with 3/8″ grade-8 hardware. I will be doing alot of thinking before I can claim that the underside of the frame is complete.

I now have the paneling brackets in place. These brackets will hold down all the internal panels and engine covers and such. I will drill and tap these later when the panels go in.
