Finish passenger side brake line from ABS unit #400

I have finished my hard brake line from the ABS pump to the front passenger side flex line. I used a #10 bare copper wire to get the shape of the hard line and then transfered the bends to the hard brake line tubing.

Brake work continues. I now have the ABS unit plumbed to the master cylinder. Once I have the flex lines attached, I must run the hard lines from the ABS unit to the flex lines. This will take some time to get everything right.

With the anti-lock brake pump, the brake plumbing is a bit more difficult. There are quite a few lines to create and this will take a long tome to complete.

Plumb up VW bug clutch start brakes #397

I now have the clutch master cylinder rebuilt as well as the slave cylinder. I have installed and filled up the system with hydraulic fluid and it is all working good. Now I just have to finish up the brakes.

Start reinstalling footbox gear and seats #396

I can now start reinstalling all of the foot-box gear. I have started with the clutch master cylinder. I am rebuilding both the brake and clutch master cylinders. Everything is coming together now.

Start reinstalling footbox and firewall #395

With the body and frame merger complete, I can now start the reinstallation of the footbox items. After cleaning and painting the footbox components I have bolted everything back into place. I sealed the box up with silicone and am now ready to reinstall the steering wheel and pedals.

Finish painting inside of the VW bug body #391

I now have the inside of the VW bug’s body painted. At this point it’s time to reunite the body and frame. I have reinstalled the lifting device to hoist the body up and roll the frame under it.
