With everything figured out beneath the aluminum deck, I am filling the void between the bottom plate and the interior floor-board with high density foam board. I am cutting the foam to fit snugly so that the floor-board has some rigidity as well as sound deadening. I am also installing some fat mat to the underside of each floor panel. This should make for one solid ride.

Continuing with the floor board installation as well as working on the battery hold down and cables. I put some high density weather stripping on the rear of the battery as well as the hold down strap. Everything seems to be lining up nicely.

I am taking some time to go over the rear end and make sure that everything is tight. I have also prepped the fuel cell for installation. I am going to work on flooring in the passenger compartment before installing the fuel system. Panel 1 down ready for panel 2.
